Aitor Ruiz de Egino (Donostia, 1971) is a multidisciplinary artist who lives and works in Hernani (Gipuzkoa) in fields as varied as sculpture, painting and ceramics, but also design, scenography and 3D modeling. As a sculptor, he works with iron, bronze and stone, but especially with aluminum, a light and luminous metal that also serves as a support for his paintings and other creations.
Hervé Larrieu (Donapaleu, 1972) combines physical strength and the mysticism of martial arts to forge abstract sculptures out of scrap iron in the forge of Gabat. He also works as a physiotherapist, hence his holistic sensitivity towards both metal and the human body.
