Laura Delgado Guillén

Laura Delgado studies art in Zaragoza. She is showing an installation entitled "75 años en la memoria" inspired by a historical eventÀ€â€š'' : the escape in May 1938 of 795 Republican prisoners from the Franquist prison in the Fort of San Cristobal near Pamplona. Almost all were caught and 220 were shot, either during the escape or afterwards. Only three or four managed to get across the Franco-Spanish frontier to freedom.
